Underground rap/hip hop wolf pack from Sherbrooke, a city in southern Quebec, located in Central Canada. The name A-Gang is inspired by the Quebec French expression "eille la gang", which means "what's up gang". A-Gang can trace its origins back to the spring of 2003 when it all started with a group of misfits who found each other in Block 33, an apartment block located on Wellington Street in Sherbrooke. Back then, Wellington South was the nightlife scene of Sherbrooke.
 
While hanging out, some of the crew would spend their spare time freestyling over any instrumental they deemed worthy as a way to sharpen their skills and have a little fun. With time, some of us banded together to form the rap/hip hop group now known as A-Gang. What started off with a few youngsters chilling out, with the years, has developed into something more downbeat and structured.

 A-Gang is comprised of three artists; Syntax (studio engineer/producer/beatmaker), Frank White (vocalist), and Keebs (vocalist). As time crept on, half the crew settled down and other members have disappeared. Now, only a fraction of what A-Gang used to be, we've spent the past few years building our new record label 16 Bars Records. Shout out to all the homies who've added themselves to the ranks and to all those who've supported A-Gang throughout the years. Hold it down where ever you are!
